Jul 30th 2007 5:29PM CLEAN. Love it. Mad props. It's given me some ideas for sure!

You know can increase the max camera distance in the interface options, right? If you set it to its greatest setting, I'm sure you'll have way more than enough room on screen.
Can't help you with the frame rate problem. Maybe if each person who reads this post PayPals you $1 you can buy a new video card ;)
Jul 20th 2007 11:07AM I'm surprised this topic even exists. WoWi must be short on content.
Emphatic "yes" to all of the above comments. In solo grinding and questing, blind has saved my life more times than I can remember. In group play - INTELLIGENT use of blind can be very useful, as mentioned. Especially if people in your group know that you use it and to watch out for it.
I can't speak for arena play because I haven't quite gotten into that yet. But it sounds like it's probably the ability's most useful environment.
Unfortunately for me - I'm one of those lazy rogues who hasn't gotten around to leveling his lockpicking skill yet. So I am stuck buying fadeleaf at the AH - which is EXPENSIVE. While eliminating the reagent all together may not jive - at least make it something cheap that you can get from a vendor like Flash Powder.

Waste of money? Considering Blizzard pulls in roughly $4,000,000 a DAY in subscription fees - not to mention the money they make on the up-front game sales, I think they can afford to pay a guy a few grand to write new music.
Maybe I'm more nerdy than the rest of you - but I love WoW's sound track. It's probably one of the best produced game soundtracks out there and it rivals that of major motion pictures. I've got it in my iTunes library and I'd be lying if I said I didn't listen to it regularly while I'm doing anything but playing WoW.

Go configure a Mac Pro at apple.com. Then go configure a matching (spec for spec) PC at dell.com. You'll realize that Macs are no more expensive, at all, then PC's. They just only offer higher-end hardware. They don't use any of the basic stuff you can buy to build a cheap PC.
That having been said - if all you want to do is play games, build a chap PC. If you want to do everything else better, buy a Mac ;)
Oh...and keyloggers suck and stuff.
May 8th 2007 11:05AM Instead of set bonus sockets, why not just have 1 piece of the set that changes the set bonus structure. For instance, the whole of the set is the same, except for the mantle or the belt. There are 3-4 different belts you can get that, when equipped, change the entire bonus structure of the set.
They can either set it up so that you can collect all the belts to change the bonus structure of the set at your whim. Or once you equip one belt, that permanently sets the bonus of the tier set you own - so you need to choose wisely the first time you equip a belt (for example).
But what do I know? My main is only lvl 50. haha
Mar 14th 2007 12:43PM @14 ...and consecration for Pally's....and blade flurry for rogues.
But...I think if all the AoE abilities for melee fighters did NOT affect CC it would make things too easy. I like having to stay on my toes - if I hear a sheep I don't hit consecration and if my mage sees fire at my feet he should not start sheeping. It just adds a nice bit of complexity to the team play.
