Phat Loot Phriday: Messenger of Fate {WoW}

Nov 25th 2007 5:43PM "Warriors who know what they're doing might like this one, too (since most of their abilities are all based on "next attack" procs)"

Resign please

Build Shop: Warrior 41/20/0 {WoW}

Nov 13th 2007 7:49PM OH EM GEE.

No Anger Management
No Piercing Howl (for PVP!)
Booming Voice 5/5

WTF are you thinking?! This build is horrible.

Nov 13th 2007 7:48PM WI you need to fire this guy. 41/20 = epic fail

The Horde win the pennant! The Horde win the pennant! {WoW}

Nov 8th 2007 6:56PM Hardcore raider, huh? I like all his raiding epics, I wonder how he got them to look like blue/green quest rewards...

I don't judge people by their gear, but if he's going to claim he's a "hardcore raider" then I expect it to be true. :p

Ask WoW Insider: Is there a class/spec truly viable for both PvP and PvE? {WoW}

Nov 2nd 2007 4:34PM At the end of the day, some talents are only good in PVP and some are only good in raids. If you want to excel at one you can't waste any talents points on talents that are only good for the other. I play an Arms Warrior, and I still don't consider myself PVP specced because I don't have Second Wind, Improved Intercept, or Tactical Mastery. In 2.3, I might find myself respeccing between different Arms specs every week while until I get an 1850 rating.

Guildwatch: Smooth sailing {WoW}

Oct 24th 2007 4:56AM Space Balls (Thrall-A) actually downed FLK a few days ago and nearly got Vashj to phase 3 the next night. We should have her down this week, then just Kael'Thas is left. :)

The Care and Feeding of Warriors: What the heck just happened? {WoW}

Oct 12th 2007 2:19PM "Whirlwind hitting with both weapons seems to confirm the idea that fury is being aimed at a more multi-mob DPS role"

OMG, do you even play a Warrior? This is a Fury buff because guess what, one of a dual-wielding Warrior's instants now does (roughly) double damage, either improving a current rotation or making WW a viable addition to a new rotation.

Oct 12th 2007 2:17PM "Maybe if weapon mastery added some sort of damage component or bonus to hit or, really, something useful"

Are you serious? Um, HELLO? It gives weapon skill (expertise rating now I guess). That is effective +hit.

"Putting Death Wish in arms seems like a really massive buff to arms warrior PvP."

WRONG. Every Arms Warrior with a brain already has Death Wish, and will spec just as deep into Fury after 2.3, so it makes no difference to Arms. It's just a Fury nerf. SS is totally useless for raid DPS.

Patch 2.3 and you: Warrior edition [UPDATE: Weapon Mastery nerfed] {WoW}

Sep 26th 2007 9:11PM "And what do you think about the Mace Spec change: buff or nerf, overall?"

You don't play a Warrior, I see. It's a big big nerf. One extra rage on the proc is nothing. If they'd made it 15 or 20 instead of 6, that would be something, but unless they're only reducing procs by 14%, people will still see less rage overall from mace spec now.

The TM changes are nice...when I tank the first boss in Heroic Mech I don't even use Shield Block because I need more rage for threat to let my group beat the 3 min enrage timer. That said, using a 1h tank weapon and in tank gear, MS barely hits harder than Revenge, so we'll have to see if it ends up being rage:threat efficient.
