Jun 18th 2009 3:43PM Yeah, that's how I took it but given how the last world event was actually this year's Children's Week, it seems like remarkably lousy timing to have not put a rush of additions that people are now going to have to wait a year to see. Oh well.
Jun 18th 2009 3:30PM Does this mean there'll be a new Children's Week specially just for Northrend (at least for this year) or that during the *next* Children's Week (next year), Northrend will be part of it?
Jun 18th 2009 3:19PM Or, without the twinks, more people will be encouraged to try the BGs since the experience won't be marred by the oh-I-only-do-it-to-fight-other-twinks types slaughtering them over and over again. I'd love to see more players trying BGs out now if it means the twinks are herded off into their own little play pen.
Jun 18th 2009 3:01PM It's what they've always claimed they did it for. Be interesting to see if it was all just bluster and how many are going to spit their dummy, throw a tantrum and cry.
Jun 15th 2009 1:32AM Question is, does he spend half the game rabbiting on about 'erectile dysfunction'?
Jun 10th 2009 6:19PM This is how I feel on the subject. Underwater combat sucks. More so for melee classes but in general, if an expansion centred around that sort of combat, I don't think I'd be looking forward to it much.
May 30th 2009 3:48PM They'll always be Infogrames to me. Glueing feathers to your butt and quacking does not make you a duck.
May 28th 2009 10:05AM Do we get to point and laugh at the people berating us for thinking they were ripping somebody off, before? I mean, so far, font from WoW, background from Warhammer and now Street Fighter characters? If they're not ripping someone off, that's going to be one quite strange mega-license...
May 15th 2009 9:35AM Got the Sea Turtle. Last night, in fact. Fished it up from a pool next to the Lost hatch. Very happy.
May 13th 2009 8:53PM Don't do them at the height of prime-time play or when the dailies reset. Following that simply rule, I've never had a problem with the quest.
