Jul 19th 2011 10:48AM I pulled Shannox, took 2 steps and died... that was not a good start to the raid!
Jun 30th 2011 11:18AM oh oh - you are NOT going to enjoy Beth'tilac and her friends!
Jun 30th 2011 11:16AM Pulling Shannox as the tank - he hits me and then I died. Raid was not impressed (healers weren't keen on the 'one-shot' before I had a look at the combat log)!
Jun 27th 2011 7:21PM Talking about Firelands and blogs... has anyone seen any guides around which choice of dailies to take? I am not fully up on how the mechanics are but I'm keen on making the best route through the evolution of the dailies to the right gear.
Oh, and I am a tank (War) specifically. Cheers.
Jun 3rd 2011 6:22PM Seeing as it involves the WoW Forum community, I'd say it's pretty tough and thankless.
May 25th 2011 11:02AM I think it varies - our group does 2 nights a week, 3 - 3.5 hours a time and we have 5 HMs down. Time invested is the same so would we be classified as casual?
Mar 31st 2011 12:00PM Hot water, good dentishtry and shoft lavatory paper.
Mar 18th 2011 1:36PM It seems to me that you are missing the point of the cost of these items - they are expensive due to the fact that they are gold sinks implemented into the game to remove player's gold from them in exchange for unnessecary items / perks. Nobody really needs epic flying. Nobody needs the Alchemist mount or the Chopper, or Paris Hilton's bags, the Dalaran Rings or the Mammoths. The fact is that some people will always have more gold than others and Blizzard's implemented a method to remove it from the system. As an aside, durability and repairs are also a form of gold sink and removing them removes one of the only penalties associated with failing (apart from time wasted).
(I am sure that people will disagree around epic flying not being a necessity, but it really isn't. It's a nice perk but not game breaking without, especially as the basic flying is faster now.)

Oct 4th 2010 11:51AM At 80, three of us were doing some of the old dungeons and were taking a priest along to UBRS for the first time. While she was distracted, me and the other guy summoned each other using the UBRS stone. We then told her to follow us as we proceeded to jump off the side into the the lava! As I was falling down to the lava, I accepted my summon and popped back up next to the summoning stone, just in time to watch the priest jump over the edge 'after us'!
