WoW 5th Anniversary Giveaway: 5 Razer Naga gaming mice {WoW}

Nov 24th 2009 4:39PM I would love one :)

Windows 7 plugs WoW {WoW}

Sep 10th 2009 5:26PM I've been running WoW on Win7 for a couple months. For the most part it's been great, love the changes they made to Windows Explorer and the taskbar area with Win7. But for whatever reason WoW seems a bit jerky to me, but I haven't really put in the time to try and figure out why yet. I only really notice it when flying and trying to notice it though.

Did you finish the Fire Festival? {WoW}

Jul 6th 2009 9:19AM I got the Flame Warden title (and the pet) on 5 toons and made about 3.5k gold doing it. I'm pretty happy with Summer Festival :D

Guildwatch: System error beep bop {WoW}

Jun 25th 2009 12:05PM Who's the winner of best guild name award this week?

I think 'DPS Harder' has my vote unless they've won previously...

But after that meh.

Breakfast Topic: Do you use heirlooms? {WoW}

Jun 25th 2009 10:50AM I love heirlooms!

I started with the cloth shoulders because every alt could wear them (the 10% xp bonus is worth a lot more to me than other stats, even for melee toons) and went ahead and got leather after that for the melee toons since armor is not what I consider a valuable stat for anything but a tank at max level.

Now I have the spellcaster mace, the spellpower trinket, and I'll be saving up for cloth and leather chest pieces...

An interview with a scammer {WoW}

Jun 11th 2009 10:36AM The problem is that the scammer talked to her from a hacked account, that's in no way related to the actual scammer's account, and I'd venture to guess he doesn't have a legitimate account of his own at all.

The truth about Authenticators [Updated] {WoW}

Jun 11th 2009 10:00AM I got my authenticator here in the US a couple weeks ago, and so did all my guild officers. Keep a better eye on the store imo :P

The truth about Authenticators [Updated] {WoW}

Jun 11th 2009 9:50AM Jagoex is the real deal, great Warlock blog.

If you're ever unsure of a site or security, do a Google search on the site to see if it looks legit. It's a safe way to check something out before clicking a link.

The truth about Authenticators [Updated] {WoW}

Jun 11th 2009 9:43AM One additional thing I do for my account is set up a filter / rule on my email that looks like the following:

Matches: from:(noreply@blizzard.com) subject:(World of Warcraft Account)
Do this: Forward to myphone@vtext.com

Matches: from:(noreply@battle.net) subject:(Battle.net Account)
Do this: Forward to myphone@vtext.com

This way any time there is ever a change on my account, I get a text / email to my phone immediately so I know something is up. Every time I've reset my own password, I've gotten a text within minutes.
