Aug 14th 2008 4:32AM The mail pieces seem to have not been implemented yet, but the set has.
http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?itemset=756 - It has the same set bonuses as the Borean Embrace, so I can only assume that it will be the equivalent. The "scale" in it is a bit telling as well.
On topic though, the Borean Embrace seems to be on par with the Rogue Tier 4 set, losing the massive amounts of hit gained from the set, but gaining a helluva lot of crit.
Aug 13th 2008 6:33AM Ah yes, it does seem to be similar to Hydro since it uses the words "five new arenas". But still, lots of new content to try out in the update.
Aug 13th 2008 4:38AM I've been playing TF2 a helluva lot lately and I really cannot wait to see what awesome stuff Valve puts out this time. I don't play the Heavy much, but with 7 "new" maps in the update (not to mention a new game type), I'm sure going to be coming back to the game. Not that I don't already.
Aug 13th 2008 3:33AM It's been around for about 2 years now. I'm sure if it was the next big thing in gaming it would have received more attention prior to the implementation of it in the NVIDIA cards.
Aug 13th 2008 3:26AM Problem is that it isn't the violence that got Fallout 3 banned.
Any game that contains drug use with positive side effects is immediately refused classification. From their Guidelines for the Classification of Films and Computer Games:
"Interactivity includes the use of incentives and rewards, technical features and competitive intensity. As a general rule:
· except in material restricted to adults, nudity and sexual activity must not be related to incentives or rewards
* material that contains drug use and sexual violence related to incentives or rewards is Refused Classification.
Impact may be lessened where reference to a classifiable element is verbal rather than visual. For example, a verbal reference to sexual violence is generally of less impact than a visual depiction. Also, some visual impacts have less impact than others: for example, an incidental depiction may have less impact than a direct one."
Aug 13th 2008 2:47AM It's only edited in the countries that use the OFLC rating system. Though in most cases games that are refused classification by the OFLC still make their way over to New Zealand unedited due to the fact the country can use an R18+ rating.

Aug 10th 2008 6:13PM Well as far as I know Orcs and Draenei lived quite peacefully before the first war, which took place, what, 20 years before WoW? There's no reason why they couldn't have interbred before then, and the result becoming an adult (or in Lantresor's place, what seems to be an old man).
Jul 20th 2008 8:36AM There's a reason they're called "vital". :P
Jul 19th 2008 8:00PM And do what? Crap DPS - the opposite of what we're meant to do?
