Shifting Perspectives: Tanks, bribes, and player behavior {WoW}

Apr 12th 2011 5:40PM This is faulty logic - it's longer for everyone, so why would longer runs only affect tanks, if the same ratio of tanks are queueing as before?

Tanks. Don't. Run. LFD.

And who can blame em.

FYI this article was fantastic - my thoughts were quite close:

The Daily Quest: Call to Arms {WoW}

Apr 12th 2011 12:16PM I've decided to start up a blog to talk about gaming - what put me over the edge was this LFD discussion.

My thoughts are here:

Breakfast Topic: Have rated battlegrounds met your expectations? {WoW}

Mar 8th 2011 9:37AM I think the OP nailed it - having the same conquest points (and therefore same gear) come from arenas is the problem. Motivation in wow is carrot/stick - and whipping out 5 2v2 matches is much easier and faster to organize.

Aug 20th 2010 1:22PM @Hades - I'm sure it's getting old for the blue posters reading the same posts from people who actually aren't testing. If the poster doesn't put the effort into what their concerns/issues are, then neither will the response.

People are just being stupid - mindless complaining without detail is, well, the very definition of QQ. If that druid healer has issues with mana, he needs to detail his spell rotation, party makeup, when he noticed dmg spikes, etc.

May 26th 2010 4:14PM Bossy - you're forgetting a new revenue stream that is bundled in with the subscriber revenue: microtransactions. Pets, mounts, etc..so if revenue is staying at the same level, but they've added new revenue sources, simple math says they have lost subscribers.
