4 steps for dealing with Raid Finder harassment {WoW}

Jan 30th 2012 9:02PM It's really a good thing I can't reach through my screen and throttle bullies/elitists, because I definitely would. The Elitist raiders are most certainly people I'd choose to drown in real life if given the opportunity.

If you can't just play, realize it's just a game and get the whole experience over with and prepare for the next, then you need to stop playing and mucking up everybody else's day.

The Queue: Sad Mat is sad {WoW}

Jan 25th 2012 12:16PM "Castaways" from the Goblin starting zone is definitely one of the best pieces of music from WoW. It departs from the norm, and has a fun feel.

Blue Posts and Other WoW News: "Transsexual" being filtered, some words coming off filter list {WoW}

Jan 25th 2012 10:30AM I really don't think transgender or homosexual folks get offended if you call them "transgender" or "homosexual." Everybody knows what the accepted derogatory words are in each category. Blizzard is just being idiotic about blanketing the field with their net.

Blue Posts and Other WoW News: Blizzard considering changing the "Skyrim" Ultraxion trash, answers on raid nerfs {WoW}

Jan 19th 2012 11:43AM I didn't start playing this game during its initial beta so that I could compete with other individuals nor to be in a guild to compete with other guilds. I really don't give a rat's hairy balls what other guilds are doing, and I wouldn't care if other people were walking around with shiny toys before I could. I play WoW because I like the interaction with other people who I call friends, and so that we can do something together to achieve as a team.

If people are going to get butthurt because they're elitist @sswipes and can't handle the fact that not everybody sleeps with an achievement/gear blankie every night, then screw them. Those are the people that I'd literally hit in the face with a bat in real life if it were legal. I dont owe anything to others in this game except those that I choose to be on a team with.

If content gets nerfed and that allows my team to progress, then I don't care where that puts us in the echelon with other groups or guilds. Not everybody has the same level of skill (nor do they have the time to become elitist jackwads) as the "top raiders," so the game shouldn't always be tuned for them.

The Light and How to Swing It: How to compare intellect and spirit in Mists of Pandaria {WoW}

Jan 15th 2012 6:36PM I really wish they'd stop screwing with everything so much. There's always been a hardcore vs. casual fight in this game, and it's becoming more and more a matter of being required to be a min/maxer/semi-hardcore player in order to even be viable in groups.

I don't have time to live, eat, sleep and breathe whether or not I've got a bag full of swappable trinkets, gear and food for any given scenario. If they'd stick with a design and quit screwing it up, the player base would still be at all-time highs.

Dec 31st 2011 6:30PM Ok, everybody together now: "Awwwwwwwwwwwww!!!"

The Raid Finder, the Dungeon Finder, point caps and you {WoW}

Dec 30th 2011 11:58PM It's funny you'd post this now, because I was just whining to my wife about this very thing. I have nine level 85 characters, and I've forced myself to focus on one (my paladin tank) for things like gear, professions, etc. I've done extremely well (since I have alt A.D.D.), but after each Tuesday, I feel bored and wanting to dabble with the other characters once again.

It's fairly ignorant to penalize those who want to play by putting such restrictive caps on everything. If I want to grind my ass off to achieve a better character, then let ME be the one to decide how much I want to grind, not cap me as a penalization for wanting to play.

Dec 29th 2011 11:16AM Since my horse is always running away, this would be the perfect device for me!

12 Days of Winter Veil Giveaway: Saltwater Snapjaw loot code from {WoW}

Dec 28th 2011 5:00PM I've been trying to get this guy for years. For me, it's like the Time-Lost Proto Drake. I think people are just making it up.
