Updated World of Warcraft Patch 3.1.2 PTR Patch Notes {WoW}

May 12th 2009 1:58PM Well crap, here I thought "eqipment manager" was going to allow you to have multipule sets of armor w/o taking up bank/invenory slots. So much for me dual-specing as a hunter not that it had much use.

Oct 22nd 2008 12:50AM I am not judging anyone. Simply stating what is sin is Biblical, it is God job to judge your actions. I will do as He has commanded, love your neighbor as yourslef, yet will I also hate the sin they are in.

As far as witchcraft, etc, depending on the contextual point of reference, it can mean any number of things.

One man's faith allows him to eat everything, but another man, whose faith is weak, eats only vegetables.

As was quoted above. My faith is strong enough to stand playing WoW and indeed I could watch Harry Potter, but I choose not to as it perpuatating witchcraft to kids. Not the books themselves mind you, but the "sub books" if you will like, "The magic behind Harry Potter" that references to actual Wiccan books at the end.

Having came from a Wiccan (Shaman) background I can draw a pretty clear line between idle fantasy and demonic/alternate power worship.

As far as "public acceptance" of homosexualty being sinful/immoral, may polls have shown that well over half believe it to be so. I promote no such hate speach, I simply was asking for tolernace in things you do not want to see such as I do. Seeing harsh language is offensive to me, however despite filters, I am still subjct to it due to the engine being word driven insted of content driven. Not to mention spelling changes etc. So therefore, think of it in context, and if it is indeed direct offensive, tolerate it.

I as Christian have to see "gay pride" slapped everywhere from TV Media to songs and companies supporting it. I tolerate it and only speak out when I am so lead to as I am here. I also watch for the context of things such as the word gay being substitiuted for crappy, dumb, boring etc. It's not saying that gays are crappy, dumb, boring, it's a contextutal word subsititution. Just like I may choose to say that my dog is brown, or I could use mutt instead of dog. Both are contextually accurate and have no deragority connocations to them. However if I were to substitute mutt for girl in a sentenace it has a very differnt meaning.

Oct 21st 2008 7:33PM Straight up, to the point. I never thought I'd see such things on WoW Insider. I am saddened by this as I would not want my child (someday) to stumble across this article and come to me asking what being homosexual is.

As far as the termonolgy goes, saying something is "gay" is a term commonly used in public. So try not to be as sensitive. I personally do not like seeing strong language on my screen. However despite the filters, it's still decernable even though it's grabled. It is very offensive to me, but it's something I must live with in todays world.

And in closing, something that will probaly get this comment removed, being Homosexual is a sin.

Leviticus 18:22 Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable.
Le 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

Note, that is NOT a threat, "death" here is referring to the spiritual death, not the physical as often thought, thank you Roman scribes for mucking up this interperation.

Jul 12th 2007 3:38PM Hey, all I can say is when I'm in Dun Morah (okay so I can't spell) I get physically cold and when I'm in STV I feel warm and humid. *shrug*. I also walk around other people standing/walking. So Proteus effect or whatever you want to call it, it happens to me.
