Blizzard giving StarCraft 2 players 30 days of WoW {WoW}

Apr 19th 2011 1:45AM How are they truly giving them anything? It's just a 30 day account. Trial accounts are free also, just not 30 days long. Big deal.

Patch 4.1 PTR: Burning Crusade dungeon maps {WoW}

Mar 9th 2011 8:22PM Woot! Three years too late.

Lady Sinestra, Paragon, and the cutting edge {WoW}

Jan 21st 2011 8:28PM It reads to me as pretty much undeniable truth that we're given a game that even after a month and a half of being released, it's still in a definite 'beta' state in certain areas. The wonderful online game trend of ship it now, fix it later.

I would've been super upset to be in a top end guild, puttying insane work into beating such content, just to be playing against half tested encounters.

Gold Capped: The Undermine Journal may have to close down {WoW}

Dec 11th 2010 1:33AM But its not doing anything except showing you data that is already there! If I search on the AH for Copper Ore, it shows me every auction, AND who's selling it. UJ is the same information, just tabulating it.

Honestly, I've found that part useful simply for the fact of being able to suddenly and very easily see that JohnDoe has 2400 auctions up, and oh, he seems to post almost every hour, 24x7. Then it's a fairly simple process of opening a GM ticket, and hoping the GMs can also clearly see that this person is a bot.

Gold Capped: The Undermine Journal may have to close down {WoW}

Dec 10th 2010 8:01PM I find the mobile auction house to be fairly worthless, but I'd gladly pay $5 a month to Blizzard or UJ for a website like UJ provides. Its enormously useful.

Blizzard debuts the World of Warcraft Game Guide {WoW}

Dec 8th 2010 11:31PM Blizzard seemed to think the user experience in the early levels is why the have so many new (trial?) accounts not make it past level 10. I think its because they get a glimpse of General and Trade channels and just quit.

If you ask a question in either channel, you get about 5-10 people just being dbags, and very unlikely to remotely get a legitimate response. I think the WoW community invented the internet troll sometimes.
