Kil'jaeden's Soul Flay hotfixed {WoW}

May 29th 2008 9:46AM Sorry I forgot. It is not a news story, it is a post in the forums at WorldOfRaids. The new layout they have confuses me a bit.

May 29th 2008 9:17AM Exodus (Kel'thuzad-US) got him also. Check www.worldofraids.com for more info.

Midsummer Fire Festival now active on the PTR {WoW}

Feb 22nd 2008 6:49AM You were able to go kill the horseman even without being 70... I have a mage alt that got the epic ring with level 42 so he can start using it when he dings 70... Four Guildies killed the Horseman for me with ease.

Kalgan speaks! Shamans getting buffed (hopefully) in 2.4 {WoW}

Feb 21st 2008 9:15AM Seems you are in the wrong thread ;-)

Kalgan speaks! Shamans getting buffed (hopefully) in 2.4 {WoW}

Feb 21st 2008 8:01AM I played a shaman and I was an enhancement shaman by heart. I cancelled my account a few days ago because I gave up on Blizz ever giving the spec some PVP and Heroic PVE viability. Now I'm really interested in the PTR patchnotes again...

Blood Pact: Why we Lock {WoW}

Feb 20th 2008 12:14PM "Like warriors, rogues and feral druids, warlocks can deliver an almost inexhaustible supply of damage. And we're the only mana-based class that can do this."

Sorry, but this is plain wrong. An enhancement shaman is, while a melee spec, a mana based class. Still, using Water Shield and Shamanistic Rage allows enh. shamans to also deliver a huge amount of damage while being also mana independent. To top this of, shamans do not loose health when using Shamanistic Rage, meaning the do not require healing for filling up their mana pool.

Breakfast Topic: Grinding Tunes {WoW}

Feb 20th 2008 9:36AM I usually listen to "Duel Of the Fates" from the Episode I soundtrack when doing BGs. Nothing better than seeing the groups in WS run towards each other with that playing in the background.

Totem Talk: Let's Raid {WoW}

Feb 8th 2008 4:13AM That's why I recommend the Boot Enchant with movement speed and stamina to almost everybody. When you have to move you reach your goal faster, meaning you can start casting again earlier. And stamina never hurts.

Encrypted Text: Job perks {WoW}

Feb 7th 2008 9:42AM If you are all about min/maxing, then enchanting and jewelcrafting would be the choice for you. Obvoiusly, you would probably need another toon to supply you with mats and gold.

Tailoring gives you nothing (except bags and nets perhaps) as a rogue.

Blacksmithing and Leatherworking provide some equipment but there is better in the game.

Alchemy provides the two item's not avaiable to alchemists - not so useful for a rogue.

Jewelcrafting - gives you the BoP JC-only epic jewels.

Enchanting - gives you ring enchants.

Many many top arena players have enchanting as a profession simply because of the enchants.

In PvE you work as a team so such a small buff to yourself is not as important, but only the ring enchants and jewels will let you max yourself out.

The Lunar Festival begins today in Azeroth {WoW}

Feb 5th 2008 1:55PM Some nice ideas. The stun would be too much, for PvP especially. But I'm all for the idea of a portal spell as a reward (like what the druids have for Moonglade) on a 12h cooldown for example.
