Maintenance continues to be extended, no time frame given {WoW}

Apr 14th 2009 4:20PM For anyone that's played the game long enough this should come as no surprise.

Life goes on, we'll be in soon enough.

WoW Insider Show Episode 13: Review of every patch from 1.2 to 2.3 {WoW}

Nov 26th 2007 6:23PM OK I did a double take on Krystalle's picks because her voice sounds exactly like that of Janeane Garofalo.

Patch 2.3 will ruin the game and destroy Azeroth {WoW}

Nov 12th 2007 7:57PM I understad the complaint about the heroics. On the other hand it's really good for anyone with an established 5 man group bringing up another character. Additionally with heroic badges falling like candy from the 10 man instances I imagine the number of people running heroics would otherwise drop off considerably.

Don't mash in 2.3! {WoW}

Nov 5th 2007 4:32PM If i understand this correctly then mashing buttons gives a larger gap between casts than timing it with a mod like quartz but is better than waiting until the visual cast bar completes on your client.

Azeroth Interrupted: Casuals are good players too {WoW}

Aug 20th 2007 7:51AM *sigh*

Another attempt to place 8 million players into (this time three) categories.

WoW Moviewatch: 40 Priests vs. Onyxia {WoW}

Aug 16th 2007 12:09PM Dang and on my server it ws a challenge to get 4 priests in there.

Ask WoW Insider: Do you optimize your rep grinds? {WoW}

Aug 10th 2007 6:58PM I know it's more efficient to wait but that's more effort than I'm willing to put in planning ahead. I just do the quests as they come and enjoy a more "fee-flow" view on the game.

To click or not to click? {WoW}

May 4th 2007 9:38AM I don't think clicking on the buttons themselves is significantly slower than using keybindings. But that assumes clicking on your abilities is all you need to do with your mouse.

As an assassination rogue I "sometimes" use the mouse to move forward (left + right), strafe (right button + left or right movement keys), spin (hold right mouse button) and scan my surroundings (left mouse button). I also use the mouse to select friendly and enemy targets. If I had to keep the mouse cursor over my ability buttons during a fight I would lose so much movement capability.

I would agree with the statement that if it works for you then go with it. But at the same time, I know I play with a lot of people where whatever it is they're doing really isn't working for them they just don't know it. But their companions know it becuse it shows up in poor group gameplay.

WoW Moviewatch: The scourge invades with... {WoW}

Apr 2nd 2007 8:27AM And THAT is why there are no flying mounts in Azeroth.
