Apr 14th 2009 3:11PM It does not bother me.
I run a casual guild (we raid about 2-3 times a week) and we know we're never going to see those mounts.
Likewise, one of my friends runs a hardcore raid guild that blazed through all those achievements ages ago (whilst having careers and social lives for the naysayers who think hardcore = sad basement dweller) and has no issues with this.
Personal preference? I don't like the protodrakes anyway. They are ugly in my eyes compared to a netherdrake.
Apr 14th 2009 3:00PM So if charging for addons is now prohibited, does that mean the fiasco with Carbonite has died down again?
Mar 28th 2009 6:23PM Casual does not mean cr*p.
The motto of Dreamscape, a casual Horde-Side guild on Draenor-EU.
We do a bit of everything, the only mandatory stuff is not joining then spending 3 months offline or off on another alt or something. We prefer people of a professional level since nearly all of us have jobs and can't do jack all during the day :p
No application form, but a 2 day trial is required. Just find any of our members in-game :)
Feb 3rd 2009 12:38PM Draenor-EU, home of the 'Additional instances cannot be launched' message...
Jan 27th 2009 2:58PM I'd settle for being able to get into any instances...half an hour trying to get into them tonight with 'additional instances cannot be launched' messages...
Jan 25th 2009 11:08AM Just getting the coins for the nice rep boost it gives to horde factions
Jan 22nd 2009 1:35PM Private servers are great for creating machinima. Absolutely LOUSY for playing the game though.
Jan 18th 2009 6:34AM I'm the guild fisherman, no-one else has the time or inclination to level fishing :)
Jan 8th 2009 1:36PM Very true - a lot of the guild were shocked to find out that my husband doesn't even know the password for my wow account. I don't know his either...
Saves being accused of stealing each others things :p
Jan 8th 2009 1:34PM One thing though, if you are in a position of power in a guild be VERY careful about how you treat your significant other in-guild if you bring them in.
It would not be fair on the rest of the guild if they were treated with any kind of extra special privilages just for being your partner.
