Mar 15th 2012 9:21AM Personally I think it's a load of bull
Feb 24th 2012 5:10AM I don't know any one that's really looking forward to MoP.
I think MoP is suffering from a Cata hang over. Cata so so over hyped, it got silly. Then after getting though Cata, it felt like well is that all. Apart from maybe 2 zones They felt like the same old zones 80-85. OK the lower zones changed a lot, but most players were looking at the end content. Then if you stayed at it you could level 80-85 in 3 days.
So many people were looking forward to Cata and got let down, MoP is going to suffer. once burnt twice shy

Dec 3rd 2011 1:01PM I know you can't loot a raid boss two times in a week, because in a raid it's dead, gone, not there so you can't do it twice, but in LFR they are.
I am not say you should get loot, but the chance.
You get extra on the roll for class specific, then why not if it's your 1st time, or you can only greed if you've looted before. That way you still have a chance.
If you are some one with limited time, you may not be able to get in or have a really long wait if you don't get in the LFR with in 2 days because every one else with time and raid experience has done it by then, and there is no point in doing it again.
I do believe that it was a good addition to WoW, but feel they've gone about it wrong. People need to feel as though they stand a chance at something to make them go in.
Dec 3rd 2011 10:40AM OK I thought the idea of the raid finder was to gear people up for normal raids, a bit like instances, also to give people a raiding experience.
I don't want loot every time I go in, but the chance of loot would be nice, but as I said if you hadn't got an item from the boss before.
Having gone though with 2 toons, big repair bills, also no loot. So no chance of gearing up for another week on both. OK I maybe was unlucky on the runs, but why would I go in again this week ? So, so much for gearing.
The other idea was to give a raid experience, that fails in so many areas. If any one walked in to a normal raid and used the same tactics or act the way people are in the raid finder, they will not get past the first mob. It's easier to herd cats than to get any from of organisation in the LFR.
So I admit that I misunderstood what the LFR was for, think it was going to be a bit like instances, which people farm and abuse.
Dec 3rd 2011 6:39AM Well done Blizz you've killed the LFR in under a week. From the abuse of the system to "You've looted a few copper from this boss so you get zero"
So now it's if you've kill them once, there's no point in queueing again. That is unless you like chaos and abuse, for no reward.
I'd understand it if you had got some item from the boss, not just a few gold, which an be got easier.
Dec 1st 2011 6:09AM Does this mean that we'll have a new playable race, Dragons as mortals ???
Oct 3rd 2011 10:37AM I don't see what's wrong with the fishing skill, if you don't like it don't do it. It's not a major part of the game and don't need it. But what about the achivements I hear a cry, the word ACHIVEMENT should point you in the right direction.
Some thing needs to be done with other skills inscription, tailoring ect. now I ask what it the point. Tailoring who needs any of the stuff thats made now Firelands and rep/VP rewards put an end to that and the mounts that they make you need tailoring for. Inscription, appart from fortune cards I have all the glyphs i need.
I'd like to see a report gold spammers link or a fake blizzard contact link.
Apr 13th 2011 5:03AM Thank you for this, it's nice to know I'm not alone.
Having hit 85 in the 1st week of cata. I lost my nerve on my priest (holy) on the 1st boss in HoO. I don't know why, we killed him, no one died, I just though that was horrible and quit. It wasn't anyone's fault, for some reason I hated it. I found that it was so hard trying to solo play. I've played a healer as my main since vanilla, but for some reason in cata I lost it.
So I started to play my mage, who was an alt of mine, that tbh I never really cared about, but played her to see if I liked cata. I loved playing my mage and still do. there was no struggling with solo PvE to kill things, no mana problems in instances, not having to worry about the other DPS. I found that I did enjoy playing WOW again, it was fun as a mage, but not as a healer.
After reading that I am not alone with the way I feel, I might, I say might try my healer again. But as Ghoastcrawler says WOW is supposed to be fun, so if it's not fun I'll look on my healer with found memories, but have a shiver up my spine if I think about playing her.
Apr 7th 2011 3:47AM I have all 3 types. I PUG with my DPS, but only guild run with my healer and tank in Cata and the DPS is my collector.
I Think what Blizz is trying to do is a good idea but it's NOT going to work. All thats going to happen is tanks and healers are going to sit and wait for their icon to appear before joining the que.
So no icon no joining, so this could make the wait longer for DPS. Whay makes me think this ?? Because it's what I'd do, if I did pug's with my healer or tank.
