May 17th 2007 12:19PM its really funny how ppl are thinking corvette, mustang, camaro = red white and blue "white" pride while they were mainly desined by a son of Japanese immigrants put into internment camps.... Ever heard of larry shinoda?

Blizzard disqualifies top teams from Arena tournament {WoW}

May 14th 2007 5:46PM what about boyfriend/girlfriend? Husband/wife? Say for example that the husband is good at playing druid, but suddenly he wants to play warrior. His wife leveled a warrior to 70 prior to them getting married and have different accounts. This is kinda getting complicated, but what then? Do you ban the husband for "stealing" his wife's account? Sounds ridiculous, but since I know a lot of Husband/wife combos that are playing WoW, this wouldn't really surprise me at all.

To shield or not to shield? Rage is the question. {WoW}

May 10th 2007 11:56AM I usually never shield unless i'm in bgs or arena. I cast renew before the tank goes into a mob and that gives me the buffer I need to cast greater heal. If I need a quick one, i usually use my best flash heal. Usually, the tanks I've been with have had decent gear so renew gives me plenty of time to cast a GH. PoM also helps as well.

Forum post of the day: Rez me, unworthy peons! {WoW}

May 9th 2007 1:50PM I have a 70 priest and teh rezzers have 1st priority for my rezzes. why? if we have more rezzers, we all get ready quicker for the rest of the instance, raid, quest or whatever. It just makes the game a bit smoother even if we wipe.

Story to tell. One time, I was in Mara with a mage that kept telling me that i didn't heal him enough when we hit the boss. Then we went thru the arguments where I have to heal the tank, you have to throw up a heal whenever you can, you have to do things other than DPS and boast about your damage crits/procs, etc. Then i told him "Here... Tell you what, I'll help you out with heals". I opened up a trade window with him and gave him my bandages. We got the princess on the next try and never heard a peep out of him since.

Breakfast Topic: Who's healing you? {WoW}

Apr 24th 2007 7:30PM Oops. i meant PoM got nerfed.

Breakfast Topic: Who's healing you? {WoW}

Apr 24th 2007 7:27PM Right now the best way i'm healing an instance is with 90% Greater heal, 7% renew, and 3% flashheal/heal/prayer of mending.

They nerfed it in one of the post TBC patches and flash heals are VERY inefficient. If my pug is not well geared and i see heath meters bounce up and down a lot, expect me to be drinking often.

WoW Moviewatch: Shadow Priest Public Service Announcement {WoW}

Apr 16th 2007 10:46PM @32. On the other hand, having 2 priests doesn't mean a holy one just go balls out on healing and just blow their mana in one sitting. SPs are complimentary healers and should stay as such. Holies should learn to conserve their mana as much as they can refraining from flash healing and use their most efficient heals. (greater heal)

WoW Moviewatch: Shadow Priest Public Service Announcement {WoW}

Apr 13th 2007 6:29PM Well, shadowpriests with VE and VT help me a lot with instances and raids due to their HOT and their mana recovery O.T. which makes up for my holy priest just being a mana guzzler (thanks blizzard). They make my healing job much easier. For a well geared warrior for example, the SP HOT and my HOT combine to heal quite effectively.

This helps the priest conserve mana imo. So many pugs i've been with have HP meters go up and down at such a fast rate that i've literally played whack a mole selecting group portraits to heal.

So it comes down to a couple of things i guess. We have to live with what the SP brings to the table and use it to my advantage or beg blizzard to improve holy priest skills, talents, and stats.
