Jun 22nd 2010 11:31AM In all the years that Ahune has been available, you haven't been able to get both tabards. It's one or the other.
Jul 29th 2009 2:27PM Rugus, I thought the question was how many days played it took to get to that level, not how much free time people have. My apologies if you were asking how much free time people have instead. I was, in fact, homebound for weeks recovering from an illness, so yes, I had a lot of free time to play (not so much now that I'm back at work full time). Still, whether one has a lot or a little time has nothing to do with the ease of leveling with heirloom items. It's unquestionably a time saver. 5 days /played with the items whether in 30 days or 30 months is still a lot less time game time invested. I admit that I forgot that during this time, I took advantage of the Fire Festival boost (did the dailies and consistently kept up the experience buff), so that would have to be taken into account.
(I replied earlier today but it didn't post, so apologies if two posts show up.)

I did the same, started a paladin with the heirloom shoulders and axe (with crusader ench) and I'm 76 (actually will be 77 tonigh) after 5 days /played (she's about a month old now in real time) - and that includes standing around a lot, dealing with guild stuff (I'm the Guild Leader). Also maxed primary professions, nearly maxed cooking and first aid, with fishing languishing at 254. It really is ridiculously easy this way.

Nov 6th 2008 8:56AM Nothing interesting to see here, move along. :)
Dec 21st 2007 6:21PM Yay! That's me and Ankarah playing around. :)
Nov 5th 2007 11:59AM I'm not sure if this has been covered elsewhere here but when I copied to the PTR this weekend, my character received in the mail a Winter Veil tailoring pattern, Red Winter clothes (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=34319) and a cooking recipe, Hot apple cider (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=34413). So looks like 2.3 is going live well before the Winter Veil holiday.
Sep 27th 2007 11:32AM Gnomish shrink ray and noggenfogger. A guildmate of mine did that the other night. So adorable!
May 3rd 2007 8:44AM - A few of the mobs or npcs you have to find in the whole Pendant of Myzrael/Princess Trapped chain.
- Forsaken courier. You always find that band roaming when you don't want them but the minute you need to get the documents, well, you wait forever.
-Mage summoner quest - would never have found the mob without thottbot.
- Any that are in a cave/tower. Nothing like a dot taunting you as you try to figure out just what level the mob/npc/dead npc is on.
