Tips for new Death Knights from a fellow tank, part 2 {WoW}

Oct 7th 2008 9:53PM Sounds like any old dungeon PUG to me.

But it did remind me that sometimes it's probably better to take another step back before a pull and some of these things before they go wrong... or just avoid PUGs.

Breakfast Topic: Top 10 excuses to get out of work when WotLK is released {WoW}

Sep 15th 2008 6:21PM 'I need to go home to prevent the further spread of pubic lice.'

Make your Mage magnificent! {WoW}

Sep 10th 2008 2:31AM Deep in slumber is relative to your time-zone and work habits. Ghostcrawler could be the forum shift-worker, or live more than a few time zones away. Personally I like to think of Ghostcrawler as being the 24/7 convenience store of blue forum posters.

Table plz.

Where are you heading once Wrath hits? {WoW}

Sep 9th 2008 11:15PM I'll be shooting it up in 10-19 WSG with my new Hyena and enjoying Tendon Rip.

Scattered Shots: New and improved abilities {WoW}

Jul 31st 2008 9:49PM The non-clipping of shots should also help to ease the limits on which ranged weapon speed a Hunter can afford to use.

More leaks from the Alpha forums on Shamans, Warriors, and Death Knights {WoW}

Jul 17th 2008 8:40PM Wasn't it previously mentioned that damage tanking will be more prevalent, thus making those seemingly superfluous DK DPS talents good for tanking too?

I've always thought the notion of low-damage high-threat tanking was odd. Why exactly would a raid boss stand there beating on some heavily armored punk who's doing low damage? Oh yeah, they're calling the boss names.

Oceanic players get their own forum {WoW}

Jul 9th 2008 3:40AM I've never found anything useful on the regular forums and I doubt if Oceanic forums will improve on that.

Forum post of the day: Try a twinkie {WoW}

Jul 3rd 2008 6:15PM A 70 who has been PVPing for a few months will out-gear a 70 going fresh into the BGs.

A 19 who has spent a few months putting together gear will out-gear a 19 who is just there for a few marks on the way to 70.

What exactly is the difference? At 70 your PVP gear is all laid out for you. At 19 (or any other twink level) you will need to do some investigation and planning as to what gear you will get and how you will get it.

Why QQ about a geared 19 dominating a BG? Because exactly the same thing is going on at 70.

Bloodlust realms down to fix latency {WoW}

Apr 30th 2008 6:10PM I've never been below 200ms on Aman'Thul, with 300 being the norm.

Going from 60-100ms to 150-200ms? Sounds like 'locks moaning about not being able to wear plate.

;)

Forum post of the day: Keep your E-sport out of the Battlegrounds {WoW}

Apr 24th 2008 1:19AM Then maybe you're not meant to.
