Apr 7th 2011 11:32AM I don't use the LFD tool because of douche players, healers that don't jump during earthquakes, and dps that scream gogogogo and don't CC. I have all of the raid gear, and if "I" want to CC, then we should probably CC.

Here is my suggestion, as a tank and a healer..

Since Blizzard likes to track useless stats like Elevator Deaths, maybe they can track some useful stats for us in the LFD tool.
1) Number of dungeons completed as their assigned role.
2) Number of times vote-kicked, and make a check box in the vote kick windows that reads "douche" so we can track that too...

This will at least let the players know what is are in for.

All that being said, I am not sure that will even coerce me into PUG tanking again.. not when I can always get a guild group together.

Mar 27th 2008 9:39AM Not a troll: Welcome to Vindication's life pre-2.4. Now we win because people don't have to run BACK to FW at the beginning of the match to defend. The new players who used to follow the zerg North are now presented with a choice to defend before the zerg mentality sets in.

I have only been in 1 match out of about 10 where Vann was actually killed since 2.4, but the difference for us has been the 10-15 people on defense, Tower Point -> South.

Usually by the end of the game, it ends up being a horde defense waiting out reinforcements.

As for QQing about the Alliance bridge... The Alliance have to run through a building and out 1 door (chokepoint just like the bridge) to get to the hill where most of them have to come through another door.

I think before we start complaining and asking Blizzard to make changes to AV again, we should give this a few weeks and see how the offenses adjust to the new setups.
Sure, 2 days after the patch the old strategies aren't going to work. The Horde has started to adapt and now the Alliance doesn't roll us everytime. I have been rolled since the patch. It was a Juggernaut Steamroller Alliance force. They moved slow like locusts destroying everything and everyone in their path. Woe be unto everyone who had to experience the pain that was that battle...
Then we won a hilarious match where we killed all of the hunters pets and they didn't revive them, and we just continued to push people closer and closer to their 50 death honor limit.
