Oct 29th 2007 9:24AM Ratty realizes his friends forgot to invite him to the dinner party
Oct 18th 2007 6:32PM Lone the sidebar on their homepage:
"In the aftermath of the Marine Biology 101 expedition, the school decided to continue their studies with an impromptu visit to the Exodar. Accompanied by several Silvermoon University extension students, they attempted to discover if dranei tastes as good with cocktail sauce as regular calimari. Unfortunately, they were met with stiff resistance by city guards and a copious lack of a deep frier."
Makes me want to RP!
Oct 17th 2007 3:58PM Interesting stuff - as a pretty hopeless lvl 70 hunter, it's always good to see it done so smoothly.
However, the last time I was there, it went rather differently - I was the only priest, and we had no hunter! Amazingly, it was possibly the smoothest Moroes run I've been involved in. Good that this particular boss can be tackled in so many different ways.
Oh, and one final thing - if the last add is left shackled, you can run out after killing Moroes and the add will despawn, leaving a nice pile of loot. Wonder if that's a bug?
Oct 12th 2007 11:12AM Ach! The quest is called 'Disrupting the Twilight Portal'
Oct 12th 2007 11:11AM @17 - the Nagrand daily is actually for Netherwing rep - you have to be honored with Netherwing, and then go to the Twilight Ridge in SW Nagrand and kill 20 mobs.
2 problems with this - it's a long way away, and for me at least the amount of effort to kill the 20 just isn't worth it.
Oct 12th 2007 9:12AM I'm still liking the daily quests - and if there are more than 10 to do per day, that helps with the 'boredom factor' - there are already some I don't like to do, such as the Netherwing one in Nagrand - did it once, and probably never again!
@5 - sounds a great idea - the druid aquatic form part of the swift flight form quest was great fun. Speeding down the river, avoiding bombs and trying to catch an NPC - I'm sure that could be done pretty easily (says the non-programmer!)
Oct 10th 2007 3:49PM Definitely Suntouched Special Reserve:
Nice to have a touch of class when the rest of the world is going to hell in a handbasket ;) Party time at Lord Saltheril's is all the time!
Oct 8th 2007 9:56PM Picky, I know, but the [sic] isn't needed after analyse - that's how the rest of the (non-US) world spells it.
Otherwise a very interesting article. I love the idea of more world events - my enchanter still has some of the dusts/essences/shards from the hand-in rewards for opening AQ!
Oct 3rd 2007 8:39PM @1 I suppose that they already have this with the tier tokens and the Badges of Justice - which are being introduced into Kara and Zul'Aman in the next patch.
We also have the random world drops - that Truestrike Ring that dropped for me the other day was nice and unexpected. Just a pity that my addon that shows me what loot drops from mobs taunts me every time I target a Nethermine Flayer!
