Jun 26th 2008 9:07AM Nobody noticed that the eyes are floating in SPACE?
I say Starcraft. A new race? MMO?
Jun 25th 2008 11:37PM I've been waiting for this game for decades. The previous PC incarnation was pitiful. Mutant League Football was a tease. Fumbl did a little justice. But. This looks like the real deal.
THANK YOU THANK YOU!
Jan 22nd 2008 12:06PM Emulator. Easy enough to put a red B in the menu screen with ANY video editor. Cut to emulator. The 60fps in the corner is the giveaway. Totally emulator.
Jan 21st 2008 10:35AM If players gave developers the same leeway they give to Blizzard when they say "It's done when it's done, and we make no promises", then there would be no complaints. After all, a game should be released when it's done and good to play. I was not an early adopter of World of Warcraft, and I'm glad I didn't have to suffer a year of patches to make the game work.
Frankly, I'm tired of console games being released with the mentality that broken elements can be fixed post-release with patches. Thank you Nintendo for not succumbing to this (yet).
Jan 16th 2008 4:15PM You want any combination imaginable?
Minutemen, demons, superheroes, smurfs, dragons, you name it.
Dec 11th 2007 4:37PM My thoughts were: who the fuck is Gamecock? Then: who the fuck cares? Then: I want to play more Bioshock.
Nov 29th 2007 5:43PM Thanks Sir Casey. Hopefully somebody out there will do some hardware sniffing and write PC drivers for this Messenger Kit!
Nov 28th 2007 4:57PM An xbox 360 controller would work really well with WoW if they would enable the 360 Messenger Kit (addon that plugs into the bottom of the controller) in this software. The biggest thing missing is the ability to hotkey, and the Messenger Kit is filled with a nice QWERTY and numberpad just for that. I would love to jump around and console my way around in WoW using the controller, but without that kit it seems impossible.
Nov 16th 2007 5:08PM I have always felt like character size and body type should be determined by level and class. Warriors, pallies big and muscular. Mages, locks, priests skinny. Rogues, hunters, shamans medium. Monsters scale with size, so I think really high lvl characters should just be bigger. Level 1 toon should be a little bit shorter than a level 70.
Faces and hair are great, but why is a human mage as muscular as a human warrior? Mix it up with body types!
Nov 12th 2007 3:39PM I'd like my toon's physical size to grow with level. Is that too much to ask? A lvl 70 druid bear should look bigger than a lvl 20.
Always thought that toons should change appearance based on stats. More STR = more muscles, more STA = bigger. Everybody with lower STR and STA just stay short and skinny. Human warriors shouldn't need big armor to be bigger than human mages their same lvl!
