Oct 17th 2007 3:09PM I do foresee a time when guild taxes will be necessary part of guild life when the guild housing system is introduced into the game. At that point maintenance costs for the guild HQ will require everyone to chip in to make sure they still have a roof over their heads.

If you look over the liveblogging Robin did of the Lore panel you'll see that these topics were already covered.
Dalaran will be the new capital city for Northrend (essentially the new Shattrath), we as players will get the opportunity to explore Ulduar and learn about the creation myth tied to the dwarves -- specifically the Iron Dwarves -- and Grim Batol will be dealt with as the home of the Red Dragonflight, who will be our champions as we fight the minions of Malygos.

Actually, I do think we will be playing new content at BlizzCon, specifically because the email Blizzard sent the attendees detailed character transfers to their special test realms so that we can play new content at the convention. Whether that content is Zul'Aman (which is likely because we were able to run Ahn'Quiraj 20-man at BlizzCon 2005) or new expansion content (which we were also able to preview at the last convention), the ability to play new content is confirmed by Blizzard. The question merely remains *which* content will we be able to get our hands on?

Check to make sure that your desktop settings outside of WoW are configured to use both monitors. On the nVidia card this setting is called "as one horizontal desktop," although I am not sure what this would be called in the ATI menu. Essentially it stretches your desktop across both monitors. After that WoW should offer you a selection for Widescreen options, in your case you would want to select "2560 x 1024 (Widescreen)."

The new Armory changes are Firefox compatible, but only with the latest version. If you upgrade your copy to version 188.8.131.52 you should be able to see all the snazzy new features without a problem.
May 21st 2007 1:30AM Friends, romans, countrymen,
I use the phrase "red-headed step-child" colloquially. I might add, I happen to be a red-headed step-child, so I identify with the term personally.
May 17th 2007 7:20PM El Vega,
Thanks for pointing it out. I might also point out that your comment is a sentence fragment. See me after class.
May 14th 2007 2:39PM But Sylvina, I count my personalities separately. :)
May 12th 2007 2:47PM Dan,
You can simply reverse this technique to get a Ravager, rezzing at the spirit healer in Menethil and taking the boat over to Azuremist. A guildy did this at level ten with his blood elf hunter and it worked out great.
