Mar 9th 2011 9:49PM On PvE servers, Imperial and Republic guilds are running neck and neck.
On PvP servers, Empire outnumbers Republic 2 to 1.
Can't say I'm shocked...
Jul 2nd 2009 8:33AM It's a retcon. Anything that happens outside of the game has no "lore" inside the game, so changes from pay services are simply retcons. Your character didn't switch from a Gnome to a Tauren, he was always a Tauren in the first place.
Jul 1st 2009 8:49AM I don't know why people have such a problem with this concept, lore-wise. It's not a transformation, it's a retcon. You didn't turn from a dwarf to a blood elf, you simply always were a blood elf.
Jun 29th 2009 6:08PM Brilliant move. This is going to bring a lot of casuals back into the game. Kudos Blizz.
Jun 18th 2009 8:39AM Quit for a month, come back when 3.2 is up. I've done it multiple times since I've started (11/23/04), and you look at your characters and your goals much differently once you've gotten some distance.

Aug 31st 2008 7:56AM Replenishment shouldn't scale with damage, otherwise you end up in situation like BC shadow priests, where they can't scale up your damage anymore without trivializing the need for mana in the first place.
Also, the reason mana return doesn't need to scale is that mana expenditure doesn't increase once you hit 80, especially with the downranking nerf. For every mana using class, there is a theoretical maximum DPS or healing rotation, which means there is a theoretical maximum mana over time expenditure. The only stat that increases this MoT expenditure is spell haste, which will presumably be matched by mana regen stats by a smart player.
Apr 2nd 2008 4:15PM Why not just make it so flags can be capped without the need of having your flag at your base? First team to 5 flag caps wins, and turtling is no longer an issue.
Feb 16th 2008 8:21AM 9 classes x 3 specs = 27.
27 - moonkin - ret pally = 25. :)
