Jan 20th 2011 5:25PM "However, you can only advance your Baradin reputations while winning Tol Barad."
Huh? My faction almost never wins or holds TB and I'm nearly exalted.
Jan 12th 2011 4:47PM So far as I can tell it was actually a Final Fantasy reference, but I suppose that's the kind of trick that a blue player in MtG would appreciate ...

+5 Internets to the man in the priestly robe.
Jan 5th 2011 8:30PM Look, my friend, as a fresh 85 fire mage, I sympathize with the mana issues, so no, I don't think the developers are beyond fault.
But to just say that "running out of mana isn't fun" is to impute that a) SPriests aren't supposed to run out of mana ever and b) they're currently running out of mana no matter how well they play, and this is by design (hence "Blizzard tries to convince us otherwise").
You and I both know neither of those things are true. Fox probably knows it too, but that was a bungled way to word it. Better might have been: "Running out of mana no matter how well we finesse things isn't fun, and anyhow diverges from Blizz's stated design goal of mana mattering while still enabling players to get the job done."
Jan 5th 2011 7:53PM Whoa, Fox, maybe you were kidding, but "running out of mana is not fun, no matter how much Blizzard tries to convince us otherwise" is a pretty sloppy line of reasoning; it's a misconstrual of Blizzard's words and intent, and it's a poor argument for the previous status quo.
You may as well say "dying because I DPSed the mob that was supposed to be CCed is not fun, no matter how much Blizzard tries to convince us otherwise" or "having finite hit points is not fun, no matter how much Blizzard tries to convince us otherwise."

Jul 28th 2010 11:22AM Posted this in the last Queue but it got lost in the shuffle:
Does anyone know how the Sea Legs buffs in Vash'jir interacts with the druid's Aquatic Form ability? Does Aquatic Form confer any advantage in the zone since its effects are largely duplicated by Sea Legs?
