Reminds me of the quests to gather lumber and stones to finish building the Argent Tournament grounds. One day I saw a druid cutting down trees in Crystalsong Forest for the daily. Couldn't help but wonder how that druid justified the act.

Dec 28th 2010 3:02PM I watched the entire video and listened to all the commentary. That isn't what he said about prot warriors. He was referring to them having a dual role and being able to switch to the other role depending on the need of the team.

Dec 18th 2010 1:20PM Now say you're a Blizz dev tasked with implementing this. All of a sudden you have to consider the effects of heavy physics calculations and how playable/unplayable it would be at different levels of hardware. Would this bump up the system requirements thereby requiring a whole bunch of people to upgrade?

Considerations such as this are *possibly* why we haven't seen this type of thing yet. Maybe in a future expansion, but they've already defined the system requirements for cataclysm and it would be pretty unfair to change them up at this stage in the game.
