Dec 17th 2010 9:35AM I need this for my man cave! It would drive the wife nuts, and look awesome hanging on the wall above my monitors :D

The Queue: Pop {WoW}

Oct 10th 2010 4:19PM About that video - you should really grab the one posted by the guy that MADE the mashup. It's by DJ Earworm. He does one every year - it is called the United State of Pop.

WoW.com reacts to Cataclysm raid changes, page 2 {WoW}

Apr 28th 2010 10:16PM I love the change. And I also find it funny that the pages were split between Page 1: Hate it, Page 2: Like it...

WRUP: All mounts are equal edition {WoW}

Apr 23rd 2010 9:18PM Raven Lord for sure. It is easily the best looking land mount there is, and it's pretty exclusive - definitely don't see them all over the place. 2nd place would be the Black Qiraji Battle Tank though...still wish I'd been able to get one of those.

The high cost of rez sickness {WoW}

May 15th 2009 7:06PM Druids have always dealt with this. I can't remember a time since 60 where I wasn't carrying around at LEAST two full sets of gear at all times. And there were times in vanilla WoW when I had 4 full sets - healing, healing/resist, tanking, tanking/resist. Now I carry 3 full epic sets (did before dual spec as well) - healing, kitty dps, tanking. The only reason people care now is its more than 1 or 2 classes that are affected by it. I say its time for the rest of you to pay up! I've been doing it since launch!!!

Spiritual Guidance: Disc Priest gives Arcane Mages 600+ spellpower {WoW}

Apr 26th 2009 6:33PM This is actually even better on the Iron Council. When Steelbreaker is up the whole raid takes (in the 25 man version) 2500 damage every 3 seconds. Thats a whole shield absorbed every 9 seconds at most. Add to that the runes of power on the ground (if the mage can get into it) and that 600+ spellpower you gave the mage just got roughly doubled. You can do that every cooldown as long as steelbreaker is up (significantly helping with DPS especially on hard mode!) Add to THAT the chain lightning from Brundir and you'll have a hard time NOT having the buff up!

Shifting Perspectives: An Ulduar class preview, part 2 {WoW}

Apr 21st 2009 9:50PM I'm fairly sure that shockwave doesn't hit the gripped person anymore, at least I didn't notice it happening. This all seems pretty spot-on in terms of my experience as resto. My guild just downed Iron Council on monday night, was a lot of fun, but as healers be prepared. We bore the brunt of the blame for wipes when the tanks were getting nailed by a fusion punch.

And, I'm not sure if this is a bug, or it just doesn't stack very high in the 10 man, but our tanks NEVER got 2 stacks on Kologarn. Not sure why, but it didn't happen, which made tank healing a bit easier.

Wrath 101: Emalon the Storm Watcher {WoW}

Apr 18th 2009 7:17PM It really isn't very difficult, it just requires coordination. It won't be a pug fest like it used to be. My guild got the 10 man down pretty easily after the first couple attempts when we didn't understand what was happening. Assuming your DPS are paying attention its actually a fairly easy fight. I like it a lot actually - its a nice change from the weekly Roll-Face-On-Keyboard-Till-Loot-Falls-Fest that VOA used to be.
