May 28th 2010 6:26PM You'd just trivialise it by gearing up first. Only 5 bosses in heroic ICC (Saurfang, Putricide, BQ, Sindra & LK) would be made harder by doing this, most of them really don't need boss mods at all.
BQ wouldn't be a major issue, it just requires all your dps to be good or a bit more communication. Only issue with Sindra I can see is spreading out in air phase.
Boss mods might make the fights easier to learn, but once they're on farm you don't normally need them.

May 15th 2010 7:15PM I don't really mind ICC as it is, however a few of the bosses did need some looking at regarding hard modes. Hard modes should be more than just bigger numbers, it should add a new mechanic to the fight.
Marrowgar, The ship, Blood Queen, Dreamwalker didn't really add anything.

May 15th 2010 7:11PM That removes a lot of the choice of which wing you do first etc etc, you'd just end up doing them in a certain order from easiest to hardest (unless you meant that the harder one would drop better gear).
Also the gunship battle idea... I presume you mean doing the gunship faster would make Saurfang easier? but that just seems silly. Either you reward guilds that can do Saurfang with an issue already, or you make it easier for people who struggle with the boat which is a bit of an unfair advantage.
Variable difficulties do not sound good for word first races.

Semi-pretty mount, i may buy it for my collection but I don't think i'll be flying it much based on how common it appears to be.
Apr 4th 2010 8:46AM If it's early enough in the week we normally call the raid and just do 10 mans, however progression > * so if we have to clear a few fights on normal mode to be able to get enough attempts in at a later fight on heroic we do that too. It can mean we don't clear the instance fully that week.
Mar 27th 2010 9:33PM Not strange in the slightest, there's no raid damage in the last 10% they probably don't put it back up after the 'wipe'.
