Yup, they're updated, all right. The Mists of Pandaria talent page now has all the current talents as of the most recent beta build for you to look over. Whether you play a warrior or, I don't know, some other class (I know that other classes exist), you can now check out how your talents and abilities will likely work once Mists of Pandaria goes live.
